From a scattered record to a filed application
assess · build · hand over
One file, three possible countries. Here is exactly what we do, in the order we do it.
Five steps, one owner at each
No stage starts until the one before it is signed off, so nothing reaches your legal partner half-finished.
- 01
Assess the record
Week 1–2A strategist reads your CV and evidence, scores it against all three routes and sends a written recommendation with the gaps ranked by importance.
- 02
Choose the route
Strategy callWe agree where to lead, which criteria or standards to argue, and whether a second country is worth running in parallel.
- 03
Build the evidence
Week 3–8Exhibits are gathered, verified and given a cover note that says what each one proves. Referees and nominators receive a brief they can sign.
- 04
Draft and review
Two-level QAStatements, letters and the evidence index go through a writer's review and a senior strategist's review before anything leaves the building.
- 05
Hand over to a legal partner
Week 9–10A licensed attorney, regulated adviser or registered migration agent receives a complete, indexed file and handles filing and legal advice.
Six things you will hold at the end
Route report
A written score against the EB-1A, Global Talent and National Innovation standards.
Evidence index
Every exhibit listed in reading order, each with a one-line purpose.
Cover notes
What each document proves and which requirement it answers.
Letter set
Referee, endorsement and nominator letters drafted from what they actually know.
Personal statement
Your career as an argument, not a repeat of the CV.
Handover pack
A clean file your legal partner can review in hours, not weeks.
Find out which country your record fits
One assessment, scored against the US, UK and Australian routes. You get a written answer, not a sales call.
