about global-immigration

Strategy first, paperwork second

three countries, one standard

Global Immigration is an evidence-strategy team for researchers, founders and specialists applying for talent visas in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

why we exist

Talented people kept losing to paperwork

The people who qualify for talent visas are rarely short of achievements. What they lack is time, and a way to turn a career's worth of work into evidence a stranger can verify in one sitting.

We started Global Immigration to do exactly that — first for the US, then for the UK and Australia, once it was clear the same record could be argued three ways. We read the record, pick the route, build the file and hand it to a licensed professional to file.

how we work

Four principles we will not trade

They decide which cases we take, how we build them and what we tell you when the answer is not yet.

01

Honest before hopeful

If a route is not realistic yet, we say so in writing — and tell you what would change the answer.

02

Evidence over volume

Ten documents that each prove something beat a hundred that merely exist. Every exhibit gets a job.

03

One record, portable

We build a master file once, so a second country is mostly tailoring rather than starting again.

04

Law stays with lawyers

Strategy and drafting are ours. Legal advice and filing stay with licensed professionals in each country.

in their words
“I had spent two years aiming at the wrong country. The assessment showed my record read far stronger against the UK standard than the US one, so we rebuilt the case around that.”
